PACT has successfully applied for the former Mill Road Library to be re-registered as an “asset of community value”. The status had reached its 5 year limit and lapsed during the County Council’s recent sale process, but with their chosen buyer’s bid falling through, they are likely to begin again, and we’re hoping a new community use can be found.
